PROJECT REPORT
Reducing the utility and maintenance expenses of Bethlen Gábor College
Project number: RKU-25/1-64
The purpose of the project was to partially cover the heating expenses of Bethlen Gábor College in Aiud during the cold season, in order to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of educational and accommodation activities. The support aimed to prevent the real risk of interruption of gas supply, a situation that would have directly affected the entire educational process.
The size of the building and the increase in energy prices led to a considerable rise in utility bills, exceeding the financial capacity of the college. Therefore, as a supporting institution of the college, our foundation set out to help overcome this difficult situation by obtaining and directing dedicated financial support.
The total amount obtained and used within the project was 25,000 lei, funds used exclusively for the partial payment of the gas bills of Bethlen Gábor College, in accordance with the sponsorship contract concluded between our foundation and the college. Based on this agreement, the invoice issued by the college was paid, which ensured the continuation of natural gas supply and prevented disruptions in the educational process.
The project has successfully achieved its objective, making a real contribution to ensuring a safe and functional environment for students and teaching staff during the winter season.
Thank you for your support!
