Bethlen Gábor Foundation Project Report
Introduction
The Bethlen Gábor Foundation has been supporting the educational activities of the college for over two decades. The current project aims to support the operation of the college and the development of its facilities, with a small portion of the planned costs allocated for the operation of the foundation and a larger portion for the development of the college.
Support for the Foundation’s Operations
The planned costs include the annual gross salary of the employed office manager, five monthly payments for the accountant’s fee, as well as costs for the development of the official website and IT consultancy. Additionally, the maintenance costs for the modernized football field were also included in the areas to be supported.
Equipment Development for the College
The development of equipment for the college focused on several areas. Among the planned improvements were the purchase of a professional stove for the dormitory kitchen, new equipment for the kindergarten (furniture, smart TV, cribs), and the installation of bed linens, hangers, and shoe racks in the dormitory rooms. Additionally, projectors were installed in the dormitories and the auditorium to improve the technical quality of community events. New office chairs were purchased for the conference room.
Conclusion
The Bethlen Gábor Foundation project has significantly contributed to the efficiency of the college and to the improvement of the students’ living conditions. The improvements made to the assets serve long-term goals, while the measures to support the foundation’s operations will ensure its efficient functioning in the future.
