1. INVITATIONAL APPLICATION 2019
The support was used for the installation and expansion of the internet network in the college. In addition, the lighting of the festive hall was redesigned and installed. Read more
2.CENTRAL APPLICATION – 2019
We supported the operation of the “Reverse Horseshoe” theater troupe, which is one of the talent workshops of our foundation. The instructor’s fee was paid and costumes were purchased. This grant also covered advertising costs, paid for posters and other printing costs. Read more
3. INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION – 2020
he 2020 Individual Grant was used to renovate a one-room teacher’s apartment owned by the Bethlen Gábor Foundation in Aiud. The apartment was in dire need of modernisation because the electricity, heating, water and sewerage systems were outdated. It was also necessary to replace the windows and doors because they were also in an unrepairable state and the thermal insulation of the apartment was not solved. Read more
4. INVITATIONAL APPLICATION – 2020
The biggest improvement from this grant is the Bethlen Gábor College, which includes the installation of new equipment in the boarding rooms, the club room, the kitchenette and the canteen. We have managed to provide the boarding rooms, the club room and the kitchen with appropriate furniture, and a laptop and printer had been purchased for the club room. We believe that these areas of the boarding house also need special attention, as they are segments of the overall image of the boarding house that bring the community together, create a homely atmosphere and allow the boarding students to spend their afternoons together. During the time spent in the clubroom, film nights, discussions, students can develop close friendships and form a strong, cohesive community. Read more
5. NATIONAL RESTART I. – 2021
Under the programme, we applied for support for our educational activities, including the possibility to support the running costs of our organisation and the purchase of equipment in view of the epidemic situation. Read more
6. NATIONAL RESTART I. – 2022
Under the programme, we applied for funding for our educational activities, including our operating expenses. The grant was used to cover the operating expenses of the Foundation, the back office of the Bethlen Gábor College, more specifically the gross salary of the office manager and the accountant under a service contract, thus reducing the Foundation’s expenditure burden, which is of great importance for sustainability. 7. INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION – 2021
Thanks to the support provided by the Hungarian Government, the above-mentioned plans were successfully implemented this year, as the Bethlen Gábor Foundation received a grant worth HUF 31,733,240, which was used to construct a multifunctional pitch and modernise the football pitch. Read more

The achieved objectives: Upgrading the Bethlen Gábor College with the necessary furniture, addition of furniture to the teachers’ room, elementary classrooms and the apartman of Bethlen Gabor Foundation. We also contribute to the payment of the utility costs of the Bethlen Gábor College. Read more
9. NATIONAL RESTART II. – 2022
Within the framework of the National Restart II, the Bethlen Gábor Foundation received a grant of HUF 500,000. Most of the money was used to pay the fees of the Renaissance dance instructor, as in the second semester of the 2021/22 school year, rehearsals were held almost weekly, resulting in the learning of a choreography, which was presented to the public in the framework of the 400th anniversary celebrations of Bethlen Gábor College. 10.NATIONAL COOPERATION 2022
The Bethlen Gábor Foundation applied for the 2022 call for proposals announced by the National Cooperation Fund, College for the Future of New Generations, which resulted in a simplified grant of HUF 150,000. This amount was used to support the operating expenses of the Bethlen Gábor Foundation. Read more
11.INVITATIONAL APPLICATION – 2023
Equipping the medical offices of the Gábor Bethlen College with the necessary furniture and examination instruments.In compliance with the official regulations, were purchased the tools that a school/nursery must have. It has proven to be a very useful implementation as it provides protection to both parents and students, in case of any health problem they can turn to the people working in the health sector who will provide care and guide them along the way. APPLICATIONS ISSUED BY NKTK ON BEHALF OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND INNOVATION
1. CSOÓRI SÁNDOR PROGRAMME – 2020
With the support of the Csoóri Sándor Fund 2020, it was possible to organize cultural and folk art programs for the Fügevirág folk dance group of Aiud and for the youth. A folk dance camp was organized in the college between 12-16 July 2021, where we also welcomed interested people from the Hungarian settlements of the area, including those who will start their studies in the college from the next academic year. 2. CSOÓRI SÁNDOR PROGRAMME – 2021
Our foundation received a grant of HUF 1 300 000 which can be used to run the Fügevirág folk dance group. This amount will be used to pay the teachers’ fees, as professional folk dance teachers will be working with the students on a weekly basis. Read more
3. CSOÓRI SÁNDOR PROGRAMME – 2022
Our foundation received a grant worth HUF 1,000,000, which was used to manage the popular dance group Fügevirág. This sum was previously used for the instructor’s tax pay, for the extension of the wardrobe of the popular clothes and for the realization of a promotional film. Read more
4. RELIGIOUS MUSIC GRANT – 2021
In 2021, the application submitted by the Bethlen Gábor Foundation to support religious creative communities and musical groups was positively evaluated. Our Foundation has been awarded HUF 2 100 000 by the Ministry of Human Capacities through a grant opportunity announced by the Ministry of Human Capacities. Read more

The “Reverse Horseshoe” Drama Group, which has a four-year tradition, can continue its work in the 2021/2022 school year, as we have been awarded a grant for the artistic talent support programme. We received funding under the “Innovative Learning Environment and Complex Talent Support Programmes” programme. The amount of the grant awarded to the Bethlen Gábor Foundation is HUF 1 680 000 , which can be used to organise the programmes of the drama group run by the Foundation. APPLICATIONS ISSUED BY THE COMMUNITAS FOUNDATION
1. INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT – 2022
The Bethlen Gábor Foundation has received a substantial grant from the Communitas Foundation for the organisation of the 400th anniversary celebrations of Bethlen Gábor College. The celebration took place on 11 June 2022, with a very colourful programme of events, including the presentation of the commemorative album, Renaissance activities, a time travel, a high-quality commemorative ceremony and a buffet reception for the invited guests in the hall of the college. 2. OPERATING EXPENSES AID 2022/23
From 20 to 23 March 2023, cultural activities were organised for the Bethlen Gábor College Mixed Choir. The choir, conducted by Szabó Zsombor, presented a special show at several venues during the tour. The purpose of the tour was twofold: on the one hand, it was an artistic event, as wonderful songs were performed in several voices, providing a lasting experience for the audience, and on the other hand, it was a recruiting tour, we wanted to spread the word of our school far and wide, attracting people who wanted to learn here. 4. SUPPORT FOR YOUTH ACTIVITIES – 2023
Bethlen Gábor College student days were organized between May 10-13, in the college. Five teams participated, 10 people in each team. Players had to adapt to the theme of Sherlock Holmes, dress up and campaign daily, creating an atmosphere for our school children. Read more
